Shipping policy

Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. ​ All orders are shipped from Stratford, Ontario, Canada. We utilize Canada Post Expedited Parcel for all our orders. We do not ship to a PO box. In the case of larger orders, we may ship to a local post office for pickup. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods as costs dictate. ​ For domestic orders under $75 before tax and including any discounts, we charge shipping fees, depending on the receiver's location. For domestic orders over $75 including any applicable taxes and discounts, we offer FREE standard shipping. ​ Shipping Times may vary depending on location. Canada is a large country, some regions take more time. We will provide tracking numbers for all orders over $75. ​ The tracking information will be updated once the order has been dispatched.
